You may return new, unopened items sold by Barbara Stanny, Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just contact admin@barbarastanny.com and we will happy to help you with the process.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). Refunds issued to credit cards may take one to two billing cycles to show up on your credit card statement.
Items that are Not Returnable
Barbara Stanny, Inc. does not accept returns of the following items:
Any product missing the UPC code.
Downloadable versions of products.
Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that has obvious signs of use.
Any product that has been opened/taken out of its packaging. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a replacement will still be granted.)
Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
How are refunds calculated?
The amount of your refund depends on several factors:
Items that are returned within 30 days and are in original unopened condition (still in original plastic wrap, if applicable) will receive a full refund.
Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive the following partial refunds:
Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.
Any book that has obvious signs of use will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis: may be refunded up to 50% of item's price.
Any CD, or DVD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item's price.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.
No refunds shall be given for shipping, unless return is due to our error.
