It became so apparent during interviews for my book that high earners think differently than their lower-paid cohorts. These women operate on different assumptions, worlds apart from the traits that describe the mindset of underearners. High earners exhibit such a deep belief in themselves and their ideas that acting on them is just part of the process, regardless of whatever fears or hurdles may appear. Consequently, they make different choices, which are directly responsible for the amount of money they eventually earn.
